When I’m not spending time in front of a computer screen, I love to cook for family and friends, big groups or small. Among the big groups, I occasionally cook as a volunteer at Soup Angels in Nyack, NY.

Here is a small sampling of some of my work in the kitchen:

Roasted orange pepper

Bok Choy (about to be roasted) with garlic and orange zest

Roasted vegetables: asparagus, pumpkin (might be
squash), onions, leeks & cheery tomatoes
